Our Team

Team work is a stepping stone to success of any endeavor. Recognising its importance, MNRS have built a strong team of more than 40 committed members including professionals and supporting staff in its fold. To support smooth functioning of business ecosystem, MNRS has formed some small teams within its umbrella to ensure robust regulatory compliance for its clients. MNRS have dedicated team of experts to perform various professional activities with the focus of saving overall cost, time and undesired litigations. While maintaining independence, team of experts also ensure synchronization of efforts in pursuit of common goal. CA Sandeep Khandelwal

He is the founder partner of M/s MNRS & Associates and is a senior Chartered Accountant having experience of over 20 years in the field of Direct Taxation including International Taxation, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) etc. He has been instrumental and guiding force to various Business Set-up and corporate structuring including entry strategy for Indian market. He is a regular speaker on various topics of FEMA, International Taxation, International Trade, Business Finance etc. and having rich experience of handling Income Tax matters including scrutiny assessments, search and seizures, appeals with CIT (Appeal) and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (“ITAT”). His long standing and liasoning with government offices including Income Tax, RBI, Enforcement Directorate (ED) etc. has resulted in quick resolution to various complex issues being faced by the clients. He is also a member/associate of several Professional bodies and had participated in certificate courses including:

CA Neeraj Kumar Agarwal

B.Com. FCA

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and is a practicing member of of the ICAI. He is one of the founding partner of M/s MNRS & Associates with rich professional experience of over 20 years. He posses vast experience in the field of Audit and Assurance and his specialized knowledge in New Business set up, Business Advisory, Transaction Structuring, Financial Due Diligence, etc. have proved an immense help to the business community. His professional acumen has proved him a valuable asset for various businesses during their growth journey and have helped them in expanding exponentially during short period of time. In pursuit of his commitment for profession of accountancy and continuous updation of knowledge, he is actively involved in organizing various online and offline presentations in the form of webinars and seminars and is presently holds the position of convener of a Study Circle set-up in order to further the objectives of the Statement on Continuing Professional Education 2003 (as amended in 2006) issued by the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and working for the continuous education of Chartered Accountants. He is dealing with various large and Medium corporates of renowned business houses and has benefitted them from his rich experience. His association from scratch had contributed significantly to the growth journey of various small businesses and transforming them into medium to large corporates. He also possesses rich experience of internal control system designing and implementation besides ERP system implementation.

CA Raghav Agrawal


A young Chartered Accountant who is passionate about auditing profession and is a young blood in MNRS with appetite to understand new generation business driven by technology. Since his association as partner with M/s MNRS & Associates, he has handled a wide spectrum of assurance engagements including those of listed companies.

During recent times, India has witnessed huge regulatory transformation including introduction of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Forensic Audits, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code etc. He has been instrumental in assisting clients in transitioning with these new set of accounting standards and has extensively worked with multinational and large domestic companies including listed entities during his assurance engagements. He has also worked extensively on conversion of financial data compiled as per “Accounting Standard (AS) – 19 Leases” of over 150 lease arrangements entered into by one of the largest restaurant chains in India as per the reporting requirements of Ind AS 116 / IFRS 16.

He also writes articles on various topics for professional magazines, newsletter and also runs his personal blog on financial reporting. Considering the significant importance of knowledge sharing, his article on Ind AS 116 – “Leases” has been chosen and published in the monthly newsletter published by apex body of Northern India Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (NIRC of ICAI).

CA Sukhvinder Arora

A Fellow member of the ICAI with over 18 years of post qualification experience in advisory services have given him recognition as Nobel professional. His practical approach of handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters and set-up of Internal Controls system have earned a distinguish repute to him in the industry. His hands on experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) has helped its clients immensely in focusing on core business while reducing costs of operations and improvement in overall efficiency.

He is a mentor as providing educational and consultancy services to NGOs for granting government funds as well as corporate (CSR) funds. He is also associated with many renowned NGOs as consultants and assists in registration of NGOs and  help them to take other related registration i.e. 80G, 12A, FCRA, Darpan, Projects Reports and funding to the NGO.

His vast experience in manufacturing, export, accounting and financial matters immensely contributes in the development of the profession. He has many national and international accolades and awards to his credit. CA Aman Gupta

B.Com. ACA

He is a qualified chartered accountant having more than 8 years professional working experience. His core area of practice is Goods and Services Tax (GST). He is a regular speaker in the GST matters on various forums and is considered as an expert in GST return filing, GST Audit, GST Registration, classification of Goods/Services under GST, GST dispute resolutions and department dealing.
He has also authored a book on GST to provide basic understanding about GST Laws and is also involved in writing in various professional magazines, newsletters etc. on GST matters. His articles have also found place in the Member’s Journal published by the ICAI.

Mr Amit Kumar Gupta MBA

Mr. Amit Gupta has qualified as an MBA-Finance professional and is also passed his LLB. He possess more than 12 years of extensive experience in the domain of Accounting and is primarily responsible for compliance of Indirect Tax Laws and also provide consultation on matters related thereto.
He is responsible for overall accounting outsourcing divisions and looks after compliances of GST Law for various clients including GST Returns. Sujeet Kumar Sah has qualified as an MBA-Finance from Jaipur National University. He has an enriched experience of more than 10 years. His key skill includes Finance Consultancy, Accounting, and Compliance of Income Tax Regulations.

In particular, He has worked under various roles and is primarily responsible for managing Audit assignments spreading pan India including Stock Audits and Fixed assets verification assignments.

CS Mohit Aggarwal

Company Secretary

He is qualified company secretary and is in practice for over 5 years. He has very good practical knowledge of Corporate Laws and proved himself as a good advisor on various corporate governance matters. His experience consists of incorporation of Companies / Limited Liability Companies (LLPs), Maintenance of Secretarial Records, Drafting of various agreements, resolutions, minutes etc. as required under various Corporate Regulations, getting registered office of the company transferred from one state to another, liquidation/striking off of Companies/LLPs etc. besides laisioning with Registrar of Companies (RoC), Regional Directors (RD), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
He is a regular speaker on various corporate matters at various Professional and Trade Forums and regularly writes Articles on amendments and Corporate Regulations with his insight of the Regulation and its impact on various stakeholders.

Mr Sudeep Shrotriya


He is a law graduate (LLB) from Delhi University and having worked in association with some of the leading names in the field of Law in India. He is based in New Delhi (India) and deals in all sort of Corporate and Litigation matters at all the three levels of the Courts pertaining to all types of civil and criminal matters including but not limited to Contracts, Recoveries, Property, IPR, Consumer, Debt Recovery Tribunal, TDSAT, Enforcement Directorate, Excise, Labor & Service, Arbitration, etc.

He is specialist in handling NCLT and debt recovery cases. His vast experience of over 15 years in practice has specialized him in drafting/vetting of various legal/commercial agreements, settlements, serving and replying legal notices, etc. He also provides legal assistance and consultancy to a number of reputed and renowned Corporate Clients and also acts as solicitor/attorney for the finalizing of documents for various corporate/commercial transactions and deals.

Mr. N K Shukla


He has experience of more than 30 years in Labor Law matters. He renders consultancy in ESIC, PF, LWF, Gratuity and other labor law matters and also assists in maintaining of various statutory records prescribed under various labor law regulations. His lesioning with labor law regulatory departments have resulted in amicable settlement of various labor disputes, which in turn have on one hand saved corporates from huge legal liabilities and on other hand have brought peace and harmony for workers.
